RADM Cameron Fraser
RADM Cameron Fraser is the co-founder of Advantech GS Enterprises, Inc. and a professional engineer with a 36-year naval career encompassing over 15 assignments with increasingly challenging leadership and management responsibilities. In his final assignment with the U.S. Navy, RADM Fraser directed all shore activity policy, programs and budgets, and managed an annual $6 billion budget for new construction, bachelor and family housing, operations and maintenance of all shore facilities, utilities and ground transportation systems.
Over the course of his naval career, RADM Fraser assumed direct leadership accountability for the performance of thousands of military and civilian personnel engaged in the purchase and sale of real estate, and the design, construction and operation of the Navy's shore bases.
RADM Fraser is a graduate of the US Naval Academy where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and advanced degrees from Stanford University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Jack Fraser
Jack Fraser is the co-founder, president and chief executive officer of Advantech GS Enterprises, Inc. and a professional engineer with over 25 years experience in engineering, design and construction, and construction management. Under his direction, Advantech has built a strong reputation for program and business management, and demonstrated exceptional expertise in a wide range of engineering specialties.
Today Mr. Fraser is expanding the company's track record of success and its capabilities to meet the growing demand for cyber security, intelligence and complex surveillance solutions by providing an extensive set of solutions and personnel to national defense and homeland security clients.
Before founding Advantech, Mr. Fraser was Senior Vice President of a major consulting firm and responsible for managing end-to-end engineering operations valued at over $130 M per year through 16 offices and 700 employees.
During his naval service as a SEABEE and the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction with Southwest Division Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mr. Fraser was responsible for the development and delivery of projects ranging from multi-story Bachelor Enlisted Quarters, Bachelor Officer Quarters, and Navy Clubhouses, to transportation infrastructure, water/waste water facilities and large building construction, as well as construction quality inspections, materials testing, and environmental, facilities and geotechnical engineering services. His design management experience spans a wide variety of geotechnical, environmental, civil and highway engineer projects.
Mr. Fraser is a graduate of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He also attended Johns Hopkins University and Stanford University and studied business.
